I'd second what Patrick has said about Google Apps.  I used to run my
own mail server and host mail for other people/companies.  Not any more.
I set them all up with a Google Apps account (including my teodorski.com
domain) and I haven't looked back.  Trying to keep up with the Spam
alone will drive you crazy.
