Its name has changed: it's now linux-source-2.6.12, in etch and sid.
Corresponding pre-built kernels will be called linux-image-XXX instead
of kernel-image-XXX. This caused a slight flamewar on debian-devel,
but basically Debian now supports kernels other than Linux (for some
value of "supports").
