Verizon just lowered their rates.  It used to be the same (approx $45/mo).
 To get the $30/mo deal from Verizon you need to sign up for a year.

I'm out in Delmont and use Adelphia cable now, but when I lived in
Pittsburgh I used Telerama DSL and the service was excellent.
