On a tangent to the Office suite questions, does anyone know about any
grammar checking software?  In particular I'm curious about French.

A search on google gave a few no-longer-in-existence products and
sourceforge gave UGrammar, which is in the planning stage.

[1] My girlfriend is going to gradschool soon, and she needs a French
spelling and grammar checker. She has a windows laptop, but not word
and she's thinking of buying a copy of office.
