[wplug-plan] Social meeting this Saturday, 12/13

I am opposed to trying to force this event.

It is under a week until the event is scheduled and we don't know the
price. To date, we don't know a place and it is hard to fit things like
this into some people's schedules.

We also can't just bump it a week because we are too close to the holidays.

I think we should scrap the idea for this month and see if there is
anything else useful we can do with the money we were going to spend on
this event. Maybe we should donate 50 USD to the Free Software Foundation.
