[wplug-plan] something to consider for the future

I do not believe that the organizations listed for Summer Slam on
<http://www.pghtech.org/Networks/InformationSystems/isevents.asp>
are all PTC-sponsored groups. If you look at the bottom of this
page, you'll see that PittJUG, Pgh.NET, PghOUG, and the SQL Server
User Group appear to be affiliated with PTC.

However, if you follow the link to
<http://www.pghtech.org/Networks/InformationSystems/usergroups.asp>,
you'll see a long list of groups (including WPLUG) that are not all
part of PTC.

I would agree with the observation that this event appears to be
directed toward IT professionals, and so may not fit well with
WPLUG's style.

As Dave O. noted in his announcement message to the committee, one
possible activity for the PR committee is to:
> *Establish partnerships with the Pittsburgh tech community. There are
> many tech clubs and user groups in the Pittsburgh area. Make contacts
> with these communities, so we can mingle and cross-promote.

For this reason among others, we should call a meeting reasonably
soon. I can be available most weekends and evenings. It looks
like most of the committee members are in the South Hills, so that
should make it easier to get everyone together.
