[wplug-plan] IRC problem for #wplug

Well, he was getting on my nerves again, I kicked him out for a while,
and explained to him that I received several complaints. He came in to
the channel with several other /nicks and once using an AOL dialup
account, claiming to be a friend of him, and finally threatened me and
insinuated that we might have some sort of conflict at an up-coming
WPLUG event.
I'm rather sad and tired of having to deal with this kind of childish
behavior on a channel that has mostly been very well behaved for the
last several years. I hate having to be the bad guy here. I don't
think he'll listen to me, so I asked him to complain to the WPLUG board
if he had any complaints about my actions. I believe I was acting in
WPLUG's best interest, but if the board sees otherwise, I will follow
through with their decision.
Sorry to have to bring up such frustrating problems.
