[wplug-plan] suggested subjects for future meetings

Beth-Lynn asked me to put together a talk for April.  Of the suggestions
made, I think I'll take the Apache/PHP thing, but twisting and distorting
it a bit, based on my own opinions.

So, as a blurb for web site:
"This talk will cover techniques for setting up fairly complex web sites,
including dynamic pages.  Special focus will be placed on deciding between
multiple schemes for thw site (static pages, static generated pages, or
dynamic pages)  Comparison will be made between two popular Open Source
database systems: MySQL and PostgreSQL.  And the use of PHP for all these
tasks will be covered."

Additionally, I think Beth Lynn and I have agreed to do a talk in May on
security as a team, with Beth Lynn providing an overview of security, and
me covering tools and techniques.
