How about a page on the website where you can put in your phone or pager's
email address (i.e. 412xxxyyyy at mobile.att.net) or even your regular email
address, for that matter. Then, if your planning on attending and the
weather is going to be questionable, you can receive and update. There is
no cost, and most cell phone and pager users have email alerts already
enabled. Such as most or all of AT&T's customers. It's basically a mailing
list people can subscribe to, but for a specific meeting.

Just a thought.
