The ballot for the March 10th meeting is now available on the WPLUG
wiki:
http://wplug.ece.cmu.edu/wiki/index.php/Meeting-20070310#Documents_For_Meeting

If you have difficulty accessing the ballot, or questions regarding it,
please don't hesitate to contact me at wmoran at potentialtech.com.

If you'd like to discuss the affects of the bylaws change coming up
for vote, I encourage you to do so on the mailing lists,
on the IRC channel, or in person at reputable venues around town.
Discussions at disreputable venues will not be acknowledged by the
WPLUG government.

As an overview, this bylaws amendment simplifies and clarifies the terms
for becoming a member of WPLUG. The ballot contains details of the
change.

Because of time constraints with the March 10th meeting, I want to
encourage everyone to vote by mail. You can vote in person on March
10th, but we may be "closing the polls" very early in order to ensure
we have enough time for the day's presentation. To vote by mail, do
the following:
1) Download, print, and fill out a ballot.
2) Fold the ballot so we can't tell how you voted.
3) Seal the ballot inside an envelope. On the outside of this envelope
   write and sign your name.
4) Seal the first envelope inside a second envelope.
5) Put a stamp on the outer envelope and address it to:
WPLUG
ATTN: March 2007 Ballot
PO Box 81685
Pittsburgh, PA 15217
6) Drop it in the mail.

You should receive an email confirmation when we receive your ballot.
If you do not, feel free to email me and remind me to check the WPLUG
mailbox :)
