[wplug-members] Reminder: important vote coming up on the March 10th GUM

This is a reminder that an important business meeting will be held on
March 10th, coincident with the GUM.

You can vote in person at the meeting, or by mail.  I want to encourage
everyone to vote by mail, to allow for a successful meeting within the
given timeframe, but voting in person is fine as well.

I also want to ask that people please plan to attend.  We need to have
enough people for this meeting to be official for this vote to count.
The meeting is scheduled early in the morning.  If your Saturday is
busy, please entertain the possibility that you can attend the business
meeting and leave before noon to go to your other obligations.

I want to thank everyone who made it a point to show up at the last
business meeting, as well as everyone who makes the effort to show up
at this meeting.  The WPLUG board _does_ understand that this can be
an inconvenience, and appreciates the effort that many people make!
