Bruce,

The meeting was set up a *month* in advance.  Did you mark your calendar
when the initial meeting notice went out?

The time stamp on the REMINDER was 12 PM on the 18th.   If you didn't
receive it for 12 hours, perhaps you should contact your mail host.

"So how many people showed up Saturday Jan 19, Chris?"  The meeting was
canceled.  So I'd guess 0.
