[wplug-board] Officer change IRS notification

I've uploaded a form letter to the wiki at
<http://www.wplug.org/wiki/Image:Wplug-ein-change.pdf>.  This
needs to be filled out every time there is an election that
results in a new Chair.  We need to send the name and SSN of the
Chair to the IRS to keep their files current.

This shouldn't be needed until November, but thought I'd get it up
there before I forgot.
