[wplug-board] 2009 goals

I have established a page on the wiki
<http://www.wplug.org/wiki/WPLUG_Board_2009_Goals> for people to
list one-, three-, and five-year goals.  As we discussed, it is
starting as a blank slate - you can copy over items from the 2008
and 2007 lists if you like or add your own.  We can then discuss
the list at the January board meeting.

Somewhat related, there is a TODO page
<http://www.wplug.org/wiki/TODO> of things to be done on the wiki.
The intention was to list relatively straightforward items that
anyone with some free time and the interest can accomplish.  Feel
free to add items here also.
