[wplug-board] Mailing list changes

[Vance Kochenderfer]

As discussed last night, I have changed the list owners of
wplug-members, wplug-announce, and wplug-board to be Vance
Kochenderfer <vkochend at nyx.net> and Michael Semcheski
<mhsemcheski at gmail.com>.  Both of these can post to wplug-members
and wplug-announce unmoderated; all other messages are held for
moderation.

Beth Lynn Eicher and Ted Rodgers have been unsubscribed from the
wplug-board list.

The info at wplug.org alias was changed to now forward to Mathieu
Dube <mujo at dubix.org>.

These changes have been listed on the relevant wiki page
<http://www.wplug.org/wiki/MailingLists>.
