[wplug] VueScan

I've used it and it worked fine.  Produced good quality scans.  I
originally bought it to work with my now very old Acer 640U flatbed
scanner and Windows 95.  I continued to use both with Ubuntu through
12.04.  I recently upgraded to 14.04 and haven't used it yet.  I
simply don't have a need to scan anymore.
