[wplug] Minutes for yesterday's meeting

In case you weren't able to attend yesterday's meeting, the minutes have 
been posted[1] on the wiki. 

At least read over the New Business section. I'm pleased to report that we 
have more nominees for the WPLUG Board of Directors election than we did 
last year, and WPLUG is going to apply for membership to a program that 
will give you, the members, free goodies. Everybody likes free stuff!
