[wplug] Ubuntu Update Problem

I have a PC running Ubuntu 10.04 LTS and so far it has been working well until today

I ran into a problem that I have seen on other systems.  The Package Update Manager throws an error saying:
GPG error: r (repo name, etc.)  signature couldn't be verified  because the public key is not available.  NO_PUBKEYbunch of numbers.

This repeats for a second key.

If I close the warning none of the updates will take place.

Any ideas on how to correct this?
