I agree about LISP, though I've only explored with passing curiosity.

I'm pre-registered for a free AI course this fall, online, from Stanford.

I signed up for the "general" track, if I correctly recall, which means I
have more flexibility about when to watch the videos and I that track's
tests won't be graded.

Similarly, I'm signed up for the 'Machine Learning' class (also in fall)
which sounds like it is also in the realm of things you're interested in.

And, while we're talking about it, I also signed up for their 'Introduction
to Databases' which is, unfortunately, also in fall.

I figure once they email me some more details, I'll decide if I think I can
manage to complete all three.
