[wplug] Auto send email every x minutes

*Thanks for all the responses. In the end I narrowed my choices down to
postfix and ssmtp and chose postfix. It's a bit overkill for my needs but
the knowledge of setting it up will perhaps serve me in the future. I hadn't
found msmtp but I see that it's similar to ssmtp. Thanks again.
