[wplug] suggestion

I am of the opinion that the existing WPLUG mailing lists well serve
the needs and spirit of the organization by facilitating discussions
related to Open Source and computing technologies. The occasional
off-topic discussion on the general list has historically been
accepted by our group.

The Internet has a plethora of social networking sites/services
providing means for general "chat". I do not see any benefit in our
organization providing yet another service.

One, currently unused, service that I recommend is the WPLUG group
discussion forum at LinkedIn.com.

Regards,
David Kraus
