What about the Central PA Open Source Conference:  http:// 
www.cposc.org/  ?

Is anybody planning to attend that one?  CPOSC 2009 will be Saturday,  
October 17, 2009 at the new Harrisburg University campus in  
Harrisburg, PA.

A bunch of us went a couple years ago when it was held on Messiah  
College campus and found it worthwhile.
