Don't listen to Brian about this.  There are lots of good IT related classes
at these schools.  Undergraduate classes tend to be less available at night,
but you'll have to see what's available.

I wouldn't waste my time in a "Windows Server" class, but I don't think
they're all that common anyway.  Look for a class like "Introduction to
Programming", "Database Programming", etc.  Don't worry about what language
or database or tool the class uses - the concepts are the important part.
