[wplug] Hardware Swap and Give-Aways

Hello Folks,

Just a comment to the group.  Everyone is welcome, and encouraged, to
bring surplus computer hardware and such to the WPLUG events to swap
with other members or simply for give-away.  However, please be aware,
WPLUG does not have resources to store and dispose of unwanted and/or
non-functional hardware.  If you bring surplus hardware to a WPLUG
event, you are also responsible for removing all unclaimed items from
the event venue.

This is especially important with potentially hazardous items such as
CRT monitors and other non-RoHS compliant hardware.

Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
