[wplug] Homebrew DHCP-TFTP-DNS Appliance - any pre made distributions?

Looking to build a box to serve as a DHCP server, TFTP server, and possibly
as a caching nameserver..

Considered just installing Fedora or something of the likes and letting
people use Webmin to administer it.

Before I do my own thing, I was just wondering if anyone has seen or heard
of any distros built for this purpose.
