[wplug] Qt/Qtopia free GUI development training

Integrated Computer Solutions has written to announce that they
and Trolltech are holding two free technical training (not
marketing) sessions in Philadelphia on Tuesday, September 11.
The sessions are intended for experienced C++ developers.

The morning session is titled "Qt QuickStart: An Intensive
Introduction to Qt" and relates to desktop GUI development.

The afternoon session, "Qtopia for Application Developers," is
about embedded device user interface development.
