Well, it depends on how wide you want to cast the net.  I'm fairly
certain there are a few user groups in State College (although they may
be language specific).  Also the PGH Tech Council might be interested
(in at least some kind of sponsor-ship) as well since they are always
trying PGH as a technically savvy city.
