Myself as well, I'd say my call back rate is about 30-50% with 100% of 
callbacks leading to an interview.  (No offers though.... I'm in Du Bois 
(about 2 hrs out of the city, and looking for telecommute position... 
those don't seem to be real common in PGH....)
