A rather interesting read.

I have been toying with the idea of starting a wireless network in my 
neighborhood, West View.  It would be highly user supported however, as 
I don't have a handy $5 million for such a venture.

I realize West View, at first glance, may not be a "hotspot" for a 
hotspot, but if rural Oregon can benefit, I would expect suburban 
Pittsburgh could too.

Anyone interested in discussing such a project?
