[wplug] shameless Notacon plug

I'm from the cleveland area, which isn't too far from Pittsburgh
(about 2.25 hour drive from Oakland to Cleveland proper - less if
you're rather insane like me).

Anyhow, I know some people that are putting on Notacon, which was
supposedly quite good last year.  In any case, I know a bunch of the
people and it should be fun.  Since it's not that far away, I figured
there might be interested parties listening.  I'm still not certain
I'm going, but there is a good chance.
