[wplug] bochs

I tried using Bochs for such things, but had mixed results.  I did,
however, find that qemu works very well for an OSS emulator.  I used
qemu for building a custom linux cdrom / utility disc for myself.  Bochs
did not handle GRUB well, but qemu emulated it almost perfectly.

I have not yet tried it with Windows images, but perhaps it's worth
looking at.
