[wplug] DWL-650 Wireless NIC

I recently installed Fedora on a IBM T22 laptop.  I have a D-link DWL-650 wireless PCMCIA card that I would like to get running.  I can't seem to convince Fedora that the hardware is there or get it working for that matter.  Any Suggestions?
