Sometime in February Bryon Gill assaulted the keyboard and produced:

i think the difference here is:

principled: i'd be happy to come to speak at your organization. though i 
            would prefer you called it the western pa. gnu/linux users 
            group.

at which point he could come to the lug, speak and refer to linux systems
as gnu/linux and the kernel as linux.

fanatic:    i refuse to speak at your organization, unless the name is 
            changed to the western pa. gnu/linux users group.
