[wplug] internet access via satellite phone

While this might not be linux specific, I was wondering if anyone had heard
of internet access that could be provided to remote areas. Not necessarily
for browsing the web and stuff. I'm thinking you're out of cell phone
range, so you use a satellite phone to get internet access, download/send
your email and break off the connection. Where the primary interest is to
transfer email.
