Depends.  Solaris likes /export/home and /home if using the autofs stuff..  
I've seen /usr/users, /user/u, /u, /usr/u[1-?], etc.  But does it matter
where it is when you can just type 'cd'?  Or cd ~ or cd ~user (if the
shell supports ~).

The rest (/bin, /usr/bin, /sbin, /usr/sbin, /etc) are fairly standard on 
most flavors.
