[wplug] NFS mounts

Damn do I feel stupid!!!!!!!! I was check EVERYTHING out on the server 
to make sure ALL was as it is supposed to be and to my amazement what 
did I find, yup you got it, there was not an RPC program running in 
the background! Now that I have started NFS via /etc/init.d/nfs all is 
back to working! I surely have no idea why it shut down or how it got 
shutdown, but I will be checking via cron from now on to make sure the 
service never gets shut off again!!!
