	My own thoughts are that home computers are becoming more appliance
like. 
	6 or 7 years ago there was much to be said for the ability to open a
system and fiddle with the guts.  The fact that you can now buy a fairly
loaded 2.4GHz P4 system for under $600 means that what's inside hardly
matters to me any more - if it breaks or gets too perceptibly slow I'll just
get a new one.
	I had no idea my Dell even had a proprietary power connector on the
MoBo.  I'm painfully aware my Abit's are crap.
