Sometime in March Scott Bourns assaulted the keyboard and produced:

| Hey, guys and gals!
|
| My name is Scott Bourns, and I just joined the list.
|
| Yesterday I completed an install of a downloaded copy of RedHat 8.0.
|
| I'm in IT for a newspaper company, 34 y/o, but I've never touched a
| Linux distro, so this is all new for me, but I'm "plug"ging along (lol).
|
| My goal is to build a cheap, stable e-mail server for test at my home
| newspaper here in Meadville, PA.
|
| I'll keep you posted, but just wanted to say and official HOWDY!
|
| Scott

hey scott.

it's good to have you. since you're running redhat you should probably
subscribe to their watch email list. this will notify you about security
updates as issues come up.

since you are setting up an email server, you should be warned that there
was recenlty a bug found in sendmail. if you only have one computer, you
should be able to use up2date for free (at least you used to be able to) to
keep your system updated.

i'm not trying to worry you, it just pays to be a bit paranoid.
