[wplug] Daylight Saving Time

Enlighten me!

I don't ever recall having a problem with the Linux computers switching
between EST and EDT.
They just do it automatically. As mentioned earlier, my timezone is always
set for New York.
I also use NTP and maybe that's fixing it.

What do you think?
