Well, since I realized I forgot to include this,
I have /home in it's own partition already, though
I'm a bit hazy about how to edit GRUB's setting's, 
mount the other partitions, and all that, it's good
to know I'm on the right track. I'll dig around on 
tldp.org to see what I can find there.
