[wplug] PKG_CONFIG_PATH in ./configure?

Well hell, to get some LADSPA plugins installed for Gnusounds, I had to 
change the name of a filename it was looking for.  It wanted ffdw3f.pc. 
  Only problem was, according to ffdw.org, that file doesn't exist.  The 
filename was ffdw3.pc.  So I changed it, hit ./configure again, and 
poof, audio plugins installed ans work great! :)
