Forgot to mention, the windows pc is in California, and the linux box is in 
Pittsburgh. 
So what can I use.

What can I use to connect a windoze 95/98/ME/XPmachine to my linux box, which 
only has a modem,no internet connection? The windows PC needs to be able to 
run at command level, bash prompt.
