[wplug] note about lug website

As a temp solution, couldn't people simply specify a subnet mask of
255.255.255.250 ie a cidr block of /29 (hope I got that right :) ) for
their external dsl interface?  That way, their gateways wouldn't think
that wplug was on their local subnet and would route accordingly?
