It's a little complex, but a good starting point is

as well as The Register's article at
http://theregus.com/content/4/26770.html
Between the two of these, I was able to get up and running on my Red Hat
system, and I'm by no means an expert.
Afterwards, grab the .TTF fonts from http://fonts.tom7.com/
