[wplug] scp, ssh, ftp login only root

Just got back to this problem...

I *can* log in with root, but not as a normal user. I know it is a bad
idea but I was desperate. I don't even run these services normally for
security reaons (it's a laptop, so I'm just trying to move some data
around).
