I assume you can get to the Cathedral, from there, just drive up Forbes
past Craig st.  As you go over the Panther Hollow Bridge, keep an eye on
the right, there will be a drive entrance on your right just after the
bridge.  Take that right and follow the road around, the yellowish
half-submerged building on the right is Newell-Simon.
