[wplug] Red Hat 8.0 "features"

I've been doing Red Hat upgrades since 7.0.  I've upgraded to each
version along the way.  I just upgraded to 8.0 this weekend.  I've never
had a problem other than a custom compiled IMAP daemon (for IMAPS) that
is always overwritten by the stock Red Hat one, but I expect that.
