[wplug] Speakers Schedule

Hello all-
	I've updated the GUM speaker schedule (wplug.org/speakers).  We'll have some 
fine individuals from Telerama (www.telerama.com) speaking in October about 
spam, but until then we need to fill August and September.  So now is the 
time to step forward and take your rightful place as a GUM speaker!  Any 
topics are welcome, but just for suggestion package management and revision 
control were mentioned as possible topics at the last GUM.  If you have any 
expertise in these areas, or have another idea for a presentation, than drop 
and email to speakers at wplug.org.
