The book "Firewalls: A Complete Guide" is a Complete Waste. Glad my employer 
bought it. If you want good books, look at anything by a SANS instructor, or 
even their coursebooks if they sell them online. Stephen Northcutt writes some 
awesome Intrusion Detection books, for instance.
