Hi all-
I have a linksys wireless access point/4 port switch at home, which
performed very well until about 3 months ago when it just stopped
working. Interestingly, if I connected directly to one of the switch
ports, I could access the internet but was unable to send email
(receiving worked ok). The indicator light for a wireless connection was
not illuminated, and my card couldn't find the network.
I finally got the chance to play around with it a bit, and apparently
all I needed to do was to assign a name and domain name to the device.
That solved the problem, and I'm now wireless again. :-) 
Hopefully this will help if anyone is having similar problems. I don't
know what changed with my verizon service- I had been using the previous
setup for about 4 months without a problem. any ideas?
